In Taupo at Ironman New Zealand Sham Srigobind had a fantastic day in which he posted PB’s in the swim, bike and run on his way to a 12:46!
In Hong Kong Joey-Lynn Musselman was battling the crowds in a half marathon that forced some walking as late as the 15km mark as the course was so crowded.
Closer to home and a little cooler was the Chilly half marathon, congratulations to Terri Ritter, Linnea Humphrey (1st in age group), Walt Spoja, Scott Boucher, Jim Anderson, Brad Wilson, Tyler Lord and Marc Trudeau (PB).
