Paul Regan – Paul has now completed a 400km and 600km Randonneur ride(in a little over 37hours, and was actually closer to 620km with an unplanned detour!) in the last 3 weeks
Scott Paterson has had top 25 overall finishes in his first 2 tri’s of the summer
Al Uhrich won his age group in the Lakeside Triathlon!!
