The Guelph Lake Olympic distance tri took place on Sunday. The conditions where a bit windy but with a comfortable temperature. Laura Cameron had a great day in her first Olympic distance race just a week after her Muskoka sprint race. Sylvie Dansereau had a fantastic day, going 6 min faster than last year and winning her age group by over 10min!!
NRG PT athlete Jeff Rushton and his partner Kevin Wallace of Team Coast to Coast Against Cancer wrapped up a fantastic week of continual riding this morning at 7am as they crossed the finish line to win the 2 man team RAAM (Race Across America). Team Coast to Coast against Cancer was over 1000km ahead of the second place team and set a new average speed record for a 2 man team at RAAM. More information can be found at Coast to Coast Ride.
