My apologies that our updates have not been as regular as they should have been this year!! We have added a bunch more pictures to our web album that you can find here. These include pictures from our Lake Placid and Muskoka training camps as well as from the Muskoka 70.3 race and also from Hong Kong. For those of you who didn’t know Nigel was in Hong Kong in Oct to run a training camp with a group of our Hong Kong athletes. So Nigel spent 9 days in Hong Kong training in the warmth and getting our NRG PT atheltes ready for Ironman Western Australia (which is this coming weekend!). As well there are some Hell and Back pictures from this past weekend here at home for those who are interested. We have had a lot of athletes racing in the last few weeks including the Clearwater 70.3 World Champs, Ironman Florida and Ironman Arizona and then Ironman Western Australia this coming weekend, look for an update soon!
