The Lakeside Triathlon took place in London Ontario on Saturday under perfect conditions. NRG PT athlete Andrew Mugford had a great day on his way to finishing his first ever triathlon. Congratulations Andrew!!!!
Next weekend is the Muskoka Triathlon with over a dozen NRG PT athletes taking part it is going to be a great race weekend!! It is also the first Subaru Muskoka Chase. The Pro Women will have an 18min head start over the Pro Men and the first 10 across the finish line will split a $20,000 prize purse. This has attracted some top athletes including Ironman Hawaii Champion Peter Reid, Mulitple Ironman winner Lisa Bentley and 2nd place finishers in Ironman Canada Tom Evans and Jasper Blake. This is going to be a fantastic event!
