It was a challenging day in Kona yesterday with the swim being a couple minutes slow, an average day on the bike, but a hot day overall and hot especially on the run with limited cloud cover in Kona. Congrats to our 2 NRG athletes Catharine Daly and her 4th place in her AG and Jody Sanderson and his 10th finish in Kona!
