NRGPT Associate Coach JJ Neely runs an open water swim group from Kelso Lake in Milton, details for the 2011 season are below and please contact JJ with any questions
Greetings Open Water Swimmers!
Attached (on the right) is the 2011 application form, with dates, cost and details.
The swims are open to anyone who likes to swim, the only prerequisite is that all participants must have an OAT membership.
Swims are held Thursday evenings from 6:15-8:00 and Saturday mornings from 8:30-10:30.
There are two fee options:
Option 1: Swim fees: $90 for entire season (30 swims).
Option 2: 10 pack swim pass $60 (good for any 10 sessions throughout the summer)
Cash or Cheque (payable to Kelso Open Water Swim Club) This fee cover the permit fee and wages for (a minimum of ) 4 lifeguards at each swim.
Please try and arrive early to register at the lake, where you will also need to sign individual waivers. Mail is another option; please see the application form for details.
