Hell Week – Pancake Ride

Hell Week 2016! 4 great Cyclocross rides to keep you motivated in the fall.

Ride 1: The Pancake Ride (named after the post ride breakfast!), 67km, a mix of gravel road, rail trail, single track and a little paved road. AP =252 watts, NP = 271watts and average speed was only 28kph and this was close to ideal conditions!
