Hell & Back

144km, 5+hours ride time, forecast = 8C and sunny, reality = -2C and freezing fog, don’t know what freezing fog is? just look at the trees in the first picture:)!!

Another stupid week of hard riding in December, and there where 20 athletes crazy enough to show up! Cary, Joe, Brandon, Bob, Ed, Duncan, Johnathan, Shannon, Paul, Dave, Chad, Grunda, Count, Rob, Gary, Heath, Tim, Andrew (who left his Di2 battery at home charging, drove home, started 45min late and rode the whole loop on his own!!). And 5 did all 4 rides, Cary, Ed, Duncan, Johnathan, Andrew, Nigel. After 15 years of the same loop Hell will be changing next year, too many of the roads have been paved and we need to find more gravel and off road, so next year look for some great new rides, can’t wait:)
