First weekend home from Florida and cant complain about the weather! The shorts even came out on Sat, 17C, sunny, no snow, pretty sweet for mid March in Ontario

Congratulations to Gerry Throop for his very first triathlon in the HITS Olympic Distance tri in Naples. Tough conditions with a wavy swim and pouring rain on the bike but Gerry executed a great race and finished 3rd in his AG.

  Winter had to arrive at some point! But some fun riding none the less, the rail trail in Caledon was a little more challenging but the gravel roads were still clear, we even got to ride some single track in Palgrave forest
