Its been quite a week so far!! We did a warm up ride on Sat that took us over the Cat 1 Col de Mente, Cat 1 Col de Portet D’Aspet, the Cat 4 Col to Buret and then Cat 3 Col Des Ares just to get the legs turning over, we then headed off on our Tri Country Tour:

Day 2: COL DU PORTILLON (1,293M), PORT DE BONAIGUA (2,072M), PLA DE BERET (1,904M)
This was a 126km ride with 2600m of climbing, over into Spain to the town of Sort
The top of the Pla De Beret, it was actually warm in the sun!

Day 3: The Queen Stage PORT DEL CANTO (1,730M) PORT DâENVALIRA (2,407M)
From Sort we climb up the 19km Port Del Canto, then into Andorra and up the 27km Port D’Envalira to the highest paved road in the Pyrenees at 2407m, then back into France, 3 countries in one day! 170km, 3200+m of climbing

Day 4: The return home COL DE PORT (1,250 M) COL DE PORTET DâASPET (1,069 M)
COL DE MENTÃ (1,349 M)
140km and 2500m of climbing
