Well if you look at the average pace of this it wasnt really a run, but there was a lot of work involved! I am looking over some options for a long high altitude run for our 2013 camp and so went up to Superbagneres (1800m starting elevation) and checked out some of the options up there (finishing at 2400m on 2 different peaks). This was definitely a challenging hike/scramble/run! Some snow, some steep bits, so loose bits, but incredible weather and some incredible views.
