National Blind Triathlon Team Needs Sighted Guides
Won with One is a new national program which is focused on the personal development of the blind and visually impaired using triathlon as the catalyst for change.
We are seeking sighted guides to train and race with our team and to be part of our 2011 season. Previous experience is not necessary – we are happy to provide training!
Won with One is focused on empowering individuals via sport through our development program. We also provide assistance and resources to a select group of triathletes in order to achieve a slot on the Paralympic team in 2016. We are a team that is focused on showing the abilities of the blind and how they are to be regarded as equals in sport and in life.
