Muskoka 70.3 was a great race for NRG PT athletes this year, we had 40 athletes racing and lots of PB’s and top ten age group finishes (and Wolf finishing 8th overall only 2 weeks after IMC). The weather was great this year and the new run course was also very good. Congrats to everyone who raced!
Our NRG PT BBQ last weekend was also lots of fun and a chance to catch up with everyone without any lycra or helmets in sight, and thanks very much to Nona for providing the NRG PT Cake, there was fruit in the middle so it was actually quite healthy!!
