NRG Performance Training would like to welcome our newest addition to the coaching team, Wolfgang (Wolf) Guembel.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Wolf and racing against him for the last 4 years and he is a great person as well as a top athlete and I am very excited to have him as part of our coaching team.
Wolf has been racing triathlons for the past 7 years and is a top 10 finisher at Ironman Canada and has raced in the World Championships in Hawaii. Wolf has also been running triathlon clinics around Southern Ontario for the last few seasons in association with OAT and the Subaru Triathlon Series as well as starting up the NUW Theory Triathlon Team and Mission Tri Possible, helping a group of new athletes achieve their goals of finishing their first triathlons.
Wolf has a bachelor of science and math as well as a Masters in Education and brings a lot of educational knowledge to his coaching as well as practical experience. Wolf’s full bio can be found here
