NRG PT athletes where racing all over the world this past weekend! In Arizona the inaugural Ironman Arizona took place under some very windy but thankfully not too hot conditions, Melinda Lehman had a great race, finishing very strong in her first Ironman!!
In Paris (France not Ontario) Joanne Sisco and Gilles Simard both had great runs in the Paris Marathon with Joanne setting a 5min PB! This race started on the Champs Elysees!
A little closer to home Marc Trudeau had a solid race in his first Time Trial of the season and Rob West had a great day in the Master’ A race in Mosport.
