Destiny Lake in Orangeville was the site of the Ontario Womens Series sprint triathlon on Sunday. NRG PT athlete Sylvie Dansereau continued her great form this year by taking the overall win by almost 4min, Congratulations Sylvie!
This coming weekend is Ironman Lake Placid. There are 5 NRG PT athletes competeting, Teresa Deveaux and Sandra Godard are both competiting in their second Ironman competitions having finish Ironman Canada in the past. There are also 3 first timers racing, Katie Auger, Jonathan Kopman and John Crawford. Good luck to everyone and lets hope for some good weather!
The Niagara triathlon is also on this weekend and Laura Cameron and Jesse Ryan are both racing the sprint course.
